Subject How 'bout the Reserves?

Let's see Dave and Aaron are in the Guard. Is there anyone in the Reserves? I'm in the Inactive Ready Reserve; however, I was contacted 2 wks prior to Christmas that they are going through voluntary callup procedures. The MSgt informed me that they need computer geeks with appropriate access credentials to rejoin their "brethren" at a secure facility in the CONUS area. hmmmmm.... I inquired if they planned on using my engineering skills or whether they needed someone to write EPRs and OPRs. Funny, they never called me back. Honestly, if they could put me to use, I have my uniform starched and ready to go. Otherwise, I will continue enjoying the corporate competition in the DoD contractor sector. Go Northrop Grumman!
